The rebuild program aims to provide an opportunity for existing and new ACO owners to renew their machines to conform to the latest agricultural standards, and at the same time reduce acquisition costs.
Due to the closing of the original ACO Tractor Equipment factory, the ACO series of tractors has been unsupported.
With the development and enhancement of new technologies and farming best practices, these tractors have also fallen behind. They lack some of the capabilities required to support the latest precision farming best practices and to use the newest farming implements.
However, owners are still reluctant to retire these machines due to their legendary field performance and low maintenance costs.
Drive train components used on the ACO have unfortunately been discontinued, and are no longer supported. As a result, more and more tractors are being retired and replaced with more expensive counterparts.
Design Philosophy
It was important for us to enhance the performance and comfort of the ACO series of tractors without losing its rugged field capability or other unique advantages.
We have given the tractor a new design that will enable it to continue into the future, meeting modern farming needs. Our technological approach was based on today’s precision farming requirements and the latest agricultural standards.
Our re-manufactured ACO tractors are feature-rich, modernised versions of the original workhorse. They use the same drive train but with the latest high-end control systems and hydraulic components, to ensure enhanced performance, functionality, capabilities and reliability.
